Bevier Cafe is serving lunch this summer Tuesday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bevier Cafe is a student-operated cafe located on the second floor of Bevier Hall. Check out our website for more information and our menu.

Farm stand on the Quad returns this week
The Sustainable Student Farm, a joint project of the Student Sustainability Committee, Dining Services and the department of crop sciences, will begin selling produce on the Quad each Thursday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. beginning May 17. The farmstand will be located on the plaza south of the Illini Union. http://thefarm.illinois.edu

Express Advising
I and other DGS advisors will be available for "express" advising from Monday April 16 through Friday April 20. This will be 8:30AM-4:30 PM each day, with myself being unavailable from 1-2 for lunch, but other advisors who had their lunches earlier will be available during that hour. The one exception will be Monday morning, when I will not be available until 10AM due to a meeting.

Got a Hold on Your Account?
The University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations (USFSCO) will place holds on delinquent student accounts on Sunday, March 11.

Free group treatment for women at the Psychological Services Center
Do you experience mood swings, stormy relationships or impulsivity? A free skills training group to help women ages 18-45 cope with negative emotions, have healthier relationships and reduce harmful behaviors is available through the Psychological Services Center. The group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. Call 333-0041 or visit the center at 505 E. Green St., Champaign. (mention 'DBT' group).
Learn How to Ice Skate!
Learn how to ice skate right on campus; classes start Saturday. There are still spots available for children through adults in the Campus Recreation Learn-to-Skate program. This is a great way to learn a new activity and stay active. Sessions start Saturday (Sept. 24). You can register at the U. of I. Stress Management Help is Available
A stress management coordinator will be available for student consultations on a monthly basis in the DGS office area, on the 5th floor of the Illini Union Bookstore Building. In addition to making appointments in person, you could call 217-333-4710. Here's the blurb:
The Campus Stress Management Coordinator, Jennifer Carson, is available right here at DGS to assist you in finding ways to manage stress, pursue wellness and develop the skills necessary to organize your time on a college campus. To schedule an appointment with the coordinator right here at DGS, stop by our front desk (5th Floor, Union Bookstore Bldg). Appointments are kept confidential, informal, and generally last 15 minutes. This semester, Jen’s appointment times will be one Thursday each month between 1-3pm

Disability Resources and Educational Service in New Location
While the Rehabilitation-Education Center undergoes major remodeling during academic year 2011-12, all academic services for students with disabilities provided by the Division of Disability Resources and Educational Services have been relocated to Beckwith Hall, 201 E.
