FSHN 120 – Contemporary Nutrition, Fundamental principles of human nutrition and their application to the selection of adequate diets, healthful lifestyle choices, disease prevention and protection; current topics of nutritional importance. Credit: 3 hours, Prerequisite: Chem 101 or equivalent. This course satisfies the General Education Criteria in Summer 2012 for a UIUC Life Sciences course. Offered both summer session I & II.
